If you have not received a Supplier LeapFILE account then you will not be able to send any transactions to JLR.
Please contact the JLR user you need to exchange data with to request a Supplier LeapFILE user account on your behalf.
Please do not contact LeapFILE about getting a LeapFILE supplier account - This process is managed internally here at JLR
- Data uploaded to JLR is available for 10 days for JLR recipients to download
- If data is not downloaded by the recipient in 10 days the data is deleted from the LeapFILE Server - No Supplier notification is sent
- Data can only be sent to JLR recipients who have a JLR LeapFILE account - if the email address is not recognised then they do not have a LeapFILE account
